Terms of Service
Welcome to ScoriGame. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ScoriGame (the “Service”), a free game for predicting FIFA World Cup 2026 match results and competing with friends in private pools. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country and meet any minimum age required there. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The Service
ScoriGame lets you predict match scores and compete in private pools for entertainment. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.
4. Pools, entry fees, and prizes
ScoriGame does not process payments, hold funds, or handle money of any kind. Any entry fees, prize pools, or payouts associated with a pool are arranged and settled directly between the participants and the pool organizer, outside of ScoriGame. Payment-status indicators in the app are informational only and are set manually by organizers.
ScoriGame is not responsible for collecting, holding, or distributing any funds, nor for any disputes between participants regarding fees or prizes. Pool organizers are solely responsible for ensuring their pool complies with the laws that apply to them.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users’ accounts.
- Do not impersonate others or use offensive or misleading display names.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you submit, such as your display name and predictions. You grant us the permission needed to store and display that information within the Service in order to operate the game — for example, showing your predictions and standings to other members of your pools.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
The ScoriGame name, branding, and software are owned by us. ScoriGame is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA. “FIFA”, “World Cup”, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the tournament.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and standings will always be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoriGame and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from entry fees, prizes, or disputes among pool participants.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may harm the Service or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the ScoriGame operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
